10 days complete

My last smoke was on Feb 6 and today is Feb 16 which means number of smoke free days have reached double figures :). Technically, still there are a few hours left since its 3:20am only and I last smoked at around 9am, feb 6:).
Who cares, its my blog, my space, I will count date wise and so its stays date wise, i.e. 10 days :).

Strangely enough, my cravings have gone considerably and much faster than I had ever anticipated. Luckily, these days, I have no company/friend with me who smokes and those whom I see on my way smoking, I can easily walk past before my brain cells can smell nicotine.
But I realize it will only take a moment of weakness before I see another ciggy in my hand.

So, the lesson is stay focussed.

Great to know that you are into seventh week and its still intact!!

With respect to craving, my experience has been that it comes back (unfortunately with high intensity) but good part is -
periodicity of it coming back increases with time.
It becomes easier to control so long as you remember the reasons of quitting it.

For rest of people reading this, I'm also sailing into the same boat but having 3 months of more experience :-)

Hello San,
Good to see you here.
Completely agree that 'periodicity' increases with time. On a number of occasions its almost killing.

Best of luck to you as well.
